These terms cover how you use Poki, a free browser-games site. By playing here, you agree to them. They are written in plain language on purpose.
Free for personal use
Poki is free to use for fun, at home, at school or during a break. You can play as much as you like. You may not copy the site, resell access to it, or use it for commercial purposes without permission.
The games belong to their developers
The games on Poki are made and owned by their developers. We do not claim ownership of them. Names, characters and artwork in each game belong to the people who created it. If you want to use a game's content for something else, ask its developer.
No guarantee that every game works on every device
Games run in your browser, and some need more from a device than others. A game that works well on one phone may load slowly or not at all on another. We cannot promise that every game works on every device, browser or connection. If something does not load, try another game or another browser.
No cheating or abuse
Play fair. Do not use cheats, bots or scripts to break a game or the site. Do not try to attack the site, overload it, or get around any technical limits. Do not use the site to harass other people or to post content that is illegal or harmful. We may block access for anyone who abuses the site.
External game content comes from third parties
Some games are loaded from outside providers. That content is controlled by those providers, not by us. We do not create it and cannot guarantee what it contains or how it behaves. If a game looks broken or wrong, tell us and we will check it.
The site may change or remove games
Poki can change at any time. We may add games, remove games, or change how the site works, with or without notice. A game you like today may not be here later. That is normal for a site that collects games from different places.
