About the game

Mahjong Classic asks you to empty a board of stacked tiles by removing matching pairs. Layouts include Turtle, Fort, Crab, Spider, Cat and Dragon, among others.

Every layout is generated at random, but it always has a solution, so a loss means a wrong pairing, not bad luck. You can replay a favorite field as often as you like. Flowers match each other, and so do seasons. If no pairs are left to take, the round ends.

How to play

  • Select two tiles with the same symbol to remove them. Flowers pair with flowers and seasons pair with seasons.
  • You can only pick a tile that is not blocked by other tiles.
  • Stuck? Use Undo to take back the last pair, Hint to see a pair, or Spotlight to make the free tiles easier to spot.
  • Clear every tile to win. Run out of available pairs and you lose.
